Fortune Ambassadors Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Fortune Ambassadors Program (“Program”) offered by Fortune Master (“FortuneMaster.io”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Operator” or “the Project”).

By participating in the Program, participants (“Ambassadors”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our General Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies or rules published by the Project.

1) ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old.

1.2. Participation is void where prohibited by law. It is the Ambassador’s responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations.

1.3. The Program is open only to natural persons with valid social media accounts; automated, spam, or bot accounts are prohibited.

2) NATURE OF PARTICIPATION

2.1. Ambassadors are independent participants. They are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Fortune Master.

2.2. Participation is voluntary and can be ended by either the Ambassador or the Project at any time.

2.3. Ambassadors may not represent themselves as official spokespeople or make binding commitments on behalf of the Project.

3) REWARDS AND XP

3.1. Ambassadors may earn XP points by completing Program tasks (e.g., posting content, inviting friends, creating reviews).

3.2. XP points may be redeemable for Fortune Gems or other rewards at the Project’s discretion.

3.3. The value, frequency, and type of rewards are not guaranteed and may change at any time.

3.4. Rewards are not cash, not financial compensation, and not investments.

4) CONDUCT RULES

4.1. Ambassadors must:

1. Produce original, good-faith, and relevant content.

2. Comply with platform policies (e.g., Twitter/X, YouTube, Reddit).

3. Use appropriate disclosures when required (e.g., “#ad” or “#sponsored”).

4.2. Ambassadors must not:

1. Spam, harass, or mislead others.

2. Make false, exaggerated, or unlawful claims about the Project.

3. Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with the Project.

4. Use automated bots or plagiarism to complete tasks.

5) STRIKE & BAN POLICY

5.1. The Project may issue “strikes” for rule violations, low-quality participation, or spam.

5.2. Accumulating three (3) strikes results in permanent removal from the Program.

5.3. Ambassadors removed from the Program for violations forfeit all XP, levels, drops, and pending rewards, regardless of prior progress.

5.4. Strike decisions are at the sole discretion of the Project and are final.

6) MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

6.1. We may modify tasks, XP values, or reward structures at any time.

6.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at our sole discretion, with or without notice, without liability to Ambassadors.

6.3. XP and rewards have no fixed value and may expire or be cancelled if the Program ends.

6.4. We may update or revise these Terms at any time. It is the responsibility of Ambassadors to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

7) DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY

7.1. Ambassadors participate in the Program at their own risk.

7.2.The Project is not responsible for:

1. Platform bans, suspensions, or content removals.

2. Technical issues, delays, or third-party actions.

3. Any damages, losses, or disputes arising from participation.

8) NO FINANCIAL GUARANTEES

8.1. The Program is designed to reward community engagement and promotion.

8.2. Rewards (including Fortune Gems) are not investments, securities, or guarantees of value.

8.3. Ambassadors must not promote the Program as an investment or source of financial return.
