Contest Terms and Conditions

These Contest Terms and Conditions (“Contest Terms”) govern participation in the contests organized by Fortune Master (“FortuneMaster.io”, “we”, "us", “our”, or “the Project”) including, but not limited to, the Fortune Master Christmas Draw, the Fortune Master Collectors Contest, and the Fortune Master Zealy Quest (collectively, the “Contests”).

By participating in any Contest, users (“Participants”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Contest Terms, as well as our General Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies or terms published on the Fortune Master website.

1) ELIGIBILITY

1.1. Participation in the Contests is open to individuals who are legally eligible to enter such contests in their jurisdiction of residence and who meet all applicable requirements outlined herein.

1.2. Users must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) and comply with all local laws and regulations.

1.3. Access to contests may be restricted in certain jurisdictions due to local regulations regarding gaming, sweepstakes, or crypto assets. Fortune Master reserves the right to geo-block or exclude any user to ensure legal compliance.

1.4. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure that their participation in the Contests is legal according to the laws of their country or jurisdiction.

2) GENERAL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

2.1. Participation may occur through actions such as holding specific NFTs, completing tasks, or engaging with the Fortune Master ecosystem as detailed in each contest’s section below.

2.2. Users may qualify for multiple contests simultaneously if eligibility criteria are met.

2.3. Participants may not engage in fraud, manipulation, or other deceptive behavior. Any such behavior may result in disqualification, loss of eligibility, or other remedies deemed appropriate by the Project.

3) FORTUNE MASTER CHRISTMAS DRAW

3.1. OVERVIEW: The Fortune Master Christmas Draw is an annual prize event intended to reward active community members. Subject to funding availability and regulatory clearance, the Project aims to award one or more prizes of one million USDT ($1,000,000) each to randomly selected eligible participants.

3.2. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Participants receive one (1) Christmas Draw Entry NFT for every one hundred (100) Fortune Master Draw NFTs they hold, regardless of whether they were obtained via purchase or other means. Fortune Master Draw NFTs may be acquired through direct purchase, an alternate method of entry (via post), promotional mechanisms, or rewards programs.

3.3. PRIZE POOL FUNDING CONDITIONS: The Christmas Draw is contingent on the Project securing sufficient funding through the second stage of its operations and obtaining the necessary regulatory licensing to offer such high-value draws. In the event that these conditions are not met, the Christmas Draw may be postponed or cancelled at the Project’s discretion, with no obligation to distribute prizes.

3.4. WINNER SELECTION AND DISTRIBUTION:

If successful, for every one million USDT ($1,000,000) accumulated in the designated prize pool, one Christmas Draw Entry NFT will be selected at random, and its holder will be eligible to receive a one million USDT ($1,000,000) prize.
Prize winners must comply with applicable KYC, legal, and tax obligations prior to receiving any rewards.

4) FORTUNE MASTER COLLECTORS CONTEST

4.1. OVERVIEW: The Collectors Contest is a leaderboard-based community contest designed to reward users who accumulate Fortune Master Draw NFTs across various draws and blockchain networks.

4.2. ELIGIBILITY: Eligibility is based on the total number of Fortune Master Draw NFTs held by a single wallet address across all draws and networks at the time of contest finalization. Round one (1) of all twenty-three (23) Fortune Master Draws must be completed before the final rankings are calculated.

4.3. PRIZE STRUCTURE: Prizes will be awarded as follows:

1st place: $3,750 in Fortune Master NFTs + $1,250 in USDT
2nd place: $2,250 in Fortune Master NFTs + $750 in USDT
3rd place: $1,500 in Fortune Master NFTs + $500 in USDT
4th–13th: $75 in Fortune Master NFTs + $25 in USDT
14th–50th: $15 in Fortune Master NFTs + $5 in USDT
51st–100th: $5 in Fortune Master NFTs
11 merit awards: $10 in Fortune Master NFTs

4.4. MERIT AWARDS: Merit awards are discretionary and may be granted to participants who demonstrate exceptional contributions to the community, including but not limited to: assisting new users, content creation, education, and positive social engagement.

5) FORTUNE MASTER ZEALY QUEST

5.1. OVERVIEW: The Zealy Quest is a leaderboard-based community engagement contest hosted via a third-party platform (Zealy.io), rewarding participants based on task completion and ranking.

5.2. PARTICIPATION:

Users must join the Fortune Master community on Zealy at https://zealy.io/cw/fortunemaster and complete listed tasks.
Tasks may include engagement, education, social sharing, or acquiring Fortune Master Draw NFTs.
Acquiring Draw NFTs is not required for participation, but may earn additional points.

5.3. CONTEST FINALIZATION AND PRIZES: The contest concludes once all Fortune Master Draw NFTs across all twenty-three (23) draws are sold. Leaderboard rankings will be finalized at that time, and rewards will be distributed as follows:

1st place: $750 in Fortune Master NFTs + $250 in USDT
2nd place: $375 in Fortune Master NFTs + $125 in USDT
3rd place: $225 in Fortune Master NFTs + $75 in USDT
4th–13th: $75 in Fortune Master NFTs + $25 in USDT
14th–50th: $15 in Fortune Master NFTs + $5 in USDT
51st–100th: $5 in Fortune Master NFTs
11 merit awards: $10 in Fortune Master NFTs

5.4. MERIT AWARDS: Merit awards are discretionary and may be granted to participants who demonstrate exceptional contributions to the community, including but not limited to: assisting new users, content creation, education, and positive social engagement.

5.5. RULES AND DISQUALIFICATIONS:

Users engaging in cheating, bot usage, or other manipulation may be disqualified.
The Project reserves the right to audit, review, or modify rankings if abuse is suspected.

6) DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1. All prizes are subject to availability, eligibility, and compliance with applicable regulations.

6.2. No guarantees are made regarding the future value, transferability, or liquidity of any NFTs or rewards.

6.3. The Project and its affiliates, employees, or agents are not liable for technical errors, platform outages, or third-party service interruptions affecting contest performance or access.

6.4. Users are solely responsible for any local tax, legal, or regulatory obligations arising from receipt of any reward.

7) MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

7.1. The Project reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Contest, or these Contest Terms, at any time with or without notice, including for compliance, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.

7.2. We may update or revise these Terms at any time. It is the responsibility of participants to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
