The Fortune Club Loyalty Program & Fortune Gems Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in The Fortune Club Loyalty Program (the “Program”) and the use of Fortune Gems (or “Gems”) offered by Fortune Master (“FortuneMaster.io”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Operator” or “the Project”).

By participating in the Program or earning, holding, or using Fortune Gems, you (“User”, or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our General Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies or rules published by the Project. All such terms operate concurrently and form a single binding agreement.

1) NATURE OF THE PROGRAM AND FORTUNE GEMS

1.1. The Fortune Club is a loyalty and community rewards program, designed to recognize and reward engagement with the Fortune Master ecosystem.

1.2. Fortune Gems are internal system points only. They are not cryptocurrency, money, legal tender, securities, financial instruments, or investment products.

1.3. Fortune Gems have no intrinsic or guaranteed monetary value; are not redeemable for cash or fiat currency; and do not represent ownership, equity, or rights in Fortune Master.

1.4. The Program is not a financial service, financial instrument, or gambling product. Participation is voluntary and occurs solely as a result of interaction with the Fortune Master platform.

2) ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION

2.1. Participation in the Program is open to registered FortuneMaster.io users who meet the eligibility requirements set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Fortune Master reserves the right to approve, restrict, suspend, or terminate participation in the Program at its sole discretion.

2.3. Participation in the Program does not create any partnership, agency, employment, or fiduciary relationship between the User and the Operator.

3) EARNING FORTUNE GEMS

3.1. Users may earn Fortune Gems through eligible activities within the Fortune Master ecosystem, which may include but are not limited to:

1. Purchasing Draw NFTs in ETH, POL, or BNB prize draws;

2. Participating in the Ambassador Program and completing community tasks;

3. Participating in the Referral Program;

4. Claiming NFTs from “The Journey” reward collection;

5. Completing milestones or levels;

6. Participation in future features, games, or platform activities.

3.2. Fortune Gems awarded for “The Journey” NFTs are based on NFT rarity, as determined by the Operator at the time of issuance.

3.3. The list of eligible activities, reward amounts, and calculation methods may be modified, expanded, reduced, or removed at any time without prior notice.

4) FORTUNE CLUB LEVELS AND LOYALTY POINTS

4.1. Users earn Loyalty Points through participation in ETH, POL, or BNB prize draws and other qualifying activities.

4.2. Loyalty Points determine the User’s Fortune Club level, which affects Gem earning rates and access to level-based rewards.

4.3. Loyalty Points:

1. Cannot be purchased;

2. Cannot be transferred;

3. Cannot be boosted, traded, or exchanged;

4. Are not affected by promotions unless explicitly stated.

4.4. Fortune Master reserves the right to modify level structures, thresholds, benefits, and progression requirements at any time.

5) USE OF FORTUNE GEMS

5.1. Fortune Gems may be redeemable in the future Fortune Club Shop or other designated features once launched.

5.2. Possible redemptions may include, but are not limited to:

1. Experiences;

2. Merchandise;

3. Digital items or NFTs;

4. Partner offerings such as travel, accommodation, or gift cards.

5.3. The availability, type, quantity, and eligibility of rewards are not guaranteed and may vary by region, time, or user status.

5.4. Fortune Master does not guarantee that any specific reward, redemption option, or shop feature will be made available.

6) RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

6.1. Fortune Gems are:

1. Non-transferable;

2. Non-withdrawable;

3. Not exchangeable for cash or cryptocurrency;

4. For personal use only.

6.2. Any attempt to sell, transfer, barter, or misuse Fortune Gems may result in forfeiture of Gems and suspension or termination of the User’s account.

7) NO GUARANTEES OR FINANCIAL RETURN

7.1. Fortune Gems do not represent ownership, dividends, rights, or claims to any assets or revenues of Fortune Master.

7.2. Participation in the Program should not be viewed as an investment or expectation of financial gain.

7.3. Rewards, features, and utilities associated with Fortune Gems are subject to change, delay, or cancellation.

8) MODIFICATIONS, SUSPENSION, AND TERMINATION

8.1. Fortune Master reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or Fortune Gems system at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

8.2. Changes may include (but are not limited to): earning rates, level structures, eligible activities, redemption options, and program availability.

8.3. We may update or revise these Terms at any time. It is the responsibility of participants to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. The Program and Fortune Gems are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

9.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortune Master shall not be liable for any losses, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with:

1. Participation in the Program;

2. Use or inability to use Fortune Gems;

3. Changes to rewards, features, or availability;

4. Third-party products or partner offerings.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE FORTUNE CLUB LOYALTY PROGRAM OR BY EARNING, HOLDING, OR USING FORTUNE GEMS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS IN FULL.
