The Fortune Club Loyalty Program & Fortune Gems Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in The Fortune Club Loyalty Program (the “Program”) and the use of Fortune Gems tokens (“Fortune Gems”, “loyalty token” or “FG”) offered by Fortune Master (“FortuneMaster.io”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “the Operator” or “the Project”).

By participating in the Program or receiving Fortune Gems, you (“User”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our General Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies or rules published by the Project.

1) NATURE OF THE PROGRAM AND FORTUNE GEMS

1.1. The Program is a loyalty and community rewards system, designed to recognize and reward individuals who support the Fortune Master project.

1.2. Fortune Gems are loyalty tokens only. They are not currency, securities, or investment products. They carry no intrinsic monetary value and are not guaranteed to appreciate in value.

1.3. The Program is not a financial service, financial instrument, or gambling activity. Participation is voluntary and does not require payment beyond normal project interactions (e.g., purchasing Draw NFTs).

2) ELIGIBILITY AND SNAPSHOT FOR AIRDROP

2.1. To be eligible for the initial Fortune Gems airdrop (“Initial Drop”), participants must secure a spot in the Program before November 25, 2025.

2.2. On November 25, 2025, a snapshot of eligible wallets will be taken. Only wallets recorded in the snapshot will be included in the Initial Drop.

2.3. Failure to register or qualify before the snapshot date means no entitlement to the Initial Drop.

3) AIRDROP TIERS

3.1. Fortune Gems distribution for the Initial Drop will follow the tiered system below:

1. BASIC DROP: All eligible wallets receive 1 Fortune Gem.

2. AMBASSADOR DROP: Boosts based on Ambassador Program level.

3. PREMIUM DROP: Boosts based on number of Draw NFTs held on the snapshot date.

4. VIP DROP: Boosts based on rarity of “The Journey” NFTs held on the snapshot date.

5. VIP+ DROP: Boosts based on completed sets of “The Journey” NFTs held on the snapshot date.

3.2. The Project may modify tier structures, amounts, or eligibility criteria at its sole discretion.

4) ONGOING REWARDS

4.1. After the Initial Drop, participants may receive Fortune Gems for certain actions, including but not limited to:

1. Acquiring Draw NFTs.

2. Claiming “The Journey” NFTs.

3. Completing sets of “The Journey” collection.

4. Exchanging Ambassador XP for Fortune Gems.

5. Providing liquidity to decentralized liquidity pools (with eligibility based on randomized selection, e.g., 50% weekly).

6. Participating in future features such as games or the Fortune Master casino.

4.2. The list of rewarded activities may be added, changed, or removed at any time. The amount of Fortune Gems granted per activity may also be adjusted without notice.

5) LIQUIDITY POOLS AND TRADING

5.1. Fortune Gems may be traded freely if third parties or the community create liquidity pools or exchange listings.

5.2. The Project may, at its discretion, add liquidity to decentralized pools for usability purposes only. Such contributions are not a guarantee of value or price support.

5.3. The Project is not obligated to create or maintain liquidity pools or seek exchange listings. Any availability of Fortune Gems on centralized or decentralized platforms depends on independent third parties.

5.4. Adding liquidity to pools does not guarantee immediate or proportional Fortune Gems rewards. Rewards, if any, will be based on randomized or discretionary methods.

6) USE OF FORTUNE GEMS

6.1. Fortune Gems may be used for various community and loyalty purposes, which may include (but are not limited to):

1. Redeeming in the future Fortune Club Store.

2. Unlocking community rewards.

3. Participation in selected features, games, or promotions.

6.2. The specific uses of Fortune Gems may evolve over time and are not guaranteed.

7) NO GUARANTEES OR FINANCIAL RETURN

7.1. Fortune Gems do not represent ownership, dividends, rights, or claims to any assets or revenues of Fortune Master.

7.2. Fortune Gems are not guaranteed to hold or increase in value, nor are they redeemable for cash by the Project.

7.3. Participation in the Program should not be viewed as an investment.

8) MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

8.1. The Project reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or Fortune Gems at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

8.2. Changes may include (but are not limited to): reward amounts, eligibility, tiers, distribution methods, and utility of Fortune Gems.

8.3. We may update or revise these Terms at any time. It is the responsibility of participants to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. The Program and Fortune Gems are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

9.2. The Project is not responsible for losses, claims, or damages arising from participation, trading, or third-party activities involving Fortune Gems.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM OR BY CLAIMING AND HOLDING FORTUNE GEMS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS IN FULL.
