Terms and Conditions of “The Journey” NFT Reward Collection

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the NFT reward collection known as “The Journey” (“Collection”) created and administered by Fortune Master (“FortuneMaster.io”, “we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Project”). By accessing, claiming, holding, or otherwise interacting with NFTs from “The Journey”, you (“Participant”, “User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.


1) OVERVIEW

1.1. "The Journey" is a long-term digital reward initiative developed by Fortune Master to incentivize and recognize supporters of its broader ecosystem.

1.2. The Collection consists of 15,000 unique NFTs issued across ten (10) chapters, each containing 1,500 NFTs.

1.3. Each chapter includes seven (7) rarity tiers: Basic (505), Common (390), Uncommon (290), Rare (150), Epic (100), Legendary (50), and Mythic (15).

1.4. Approximately ten percent (10%) of each chapter is retained by Fortune Master (the “Retained Allocation”) for purposes including, but not limited to: promotional distributions, contest rewards, event prizes, and potential future sales. Use of the Retained Allocation is at our sole discretion. Nothing herein shall be construed to limit our right to distribute or monetize such allocation.

2) NFT DISTRIBUTION AND VALUATION

2.1. NFTs from “The Journey” are not offered for public sale but may be earned or distributed through various promotional mechanisms, including but not limited to:

  1. Participation in prize draws or sweepstakes;

  2. Redemption through FortuneMasterCredits (FMC) earned via engagement or promotional campaigns;

  3. Rewards in contests and community events.

2.2. For internal consistency and contest structuring, NFTs in “The Journey” may be ascribed a notional value derived from the number of Fortune Master draw NFTs required to claim them. For instance, if a Basic NFT from the Collection requires ten (10) draw NFTs to be claimed, it may be assigned a nominal value of ten dollars ($10 USD) for reward calculation purposes.

2.3. These notional values are solely for illustrative and internal reward structuring purposes. They do not represent an actual market value, investment potential, or redemption guarantee.

3) MONTHLY CREDIT REWARD PROGRAM

3.1. Subject to the successful launch and licensing of Fortune Master's online casino platform, holders of eligible NFT Sets from “The Journey” may participate in a monthly credit-based reward program (“Monthly Credit Program”).

3.2. Program mechanics are as follows:

  1. Users must lock an eligible NFT Set no later than the fifth (5th) day of each calendar month to qualify for that month’s selection.

  2. On or around the twentieth (20th) day of each month, fifty percent (50%) of qualified users will be randomly selected.

  3. Selected users must log into their account and manually claim the reward by clicking a designated “Claim” button within forty-eight (48) hours of selection.

  4. Failure to claim within the designated time frame will result in automatic forfeiture of the reward. Unclaimed rewards will not be redistributed, credited, or carried forward.

3.3. Participation in the Monthly Credit Program is free of charge and does not require gambling activity. Selection and redemption are not contingent upon payment.

3.4. This program will only commence following the successful acquisition of required gaming licenses and sufficient financial support from Fortune Master’s draw NFT sales or related fundraising mechanisms.

4) ANNUAL SET HOLDER GIVEAWAYS

4.1. Subject to licensing, legal compliance, and available funding, Fortune Master aspires to host annual promotional giveaways for participants who hold and lock complete NFT sets of “The Journey”.

4.2. These giveaways are intended to reward long-term community members and are structured as follows:

4.3. The Compilation Set giveaway prize is commonly referred as “Lambo” or the “Lambo” cash equivalent in promotional materials.

4.4. One (1) eligible locked set per category will be selected at random to receive the designated prize. Only locked sets meeting eligibility criteria by the cutoff date will be considered.

4.5. In the event that fewer than two (2) qualifying Set holders are eligible, the project reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or roll over the giveaway.

4.6. These giveaways are intended to occur once per calendar year but are entirely discretionary, subject to licensing approvals, project revenues, or operational viability. No giveaway is guaranteed.

4.7. Additional terms, such as entry deadlines, drawing procedures, and delivery mechanisms, will be announced via official channels closer to each draw.

4.8. We expressly reserve the right to cancel, modify, delay, or discontinue these promotional giveaways at any time. No User shall be entitled to compensation or legal recourse due to non-fulfillment of aspirational giveaways.

5) PERKS FOR SET HOLDERS

5.1. Participants who complete and lock eligible sets of "The Journey" may receive additional non-monetary perks as a token of appreciation for their support.

5.2. These perks may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Bonus entries to the Fortune Master Christmas Draw (e.g., ticket multipliers or boosts).

  2. Deposit match bonuses in casino credits (e.g., deposits multipliers or boosts in the form of non-withdrawable FMC credits, subject to wagering requirements).

5.3. All perks are optional, promotional in nature, and provided at the discretion of the Project. Availability depends on platform success, funding, and regulatory approval. No perk is guaranteed or owed unless officially confirmed and delivered.

5.4. Terms and eligibility requirements for each perk will be announced through official channels and may vary by set type or holder status.

6) NO GUARANTEED BENEFITS OR RETURNS

6.1. “The Journey” NFTs are designed solely as digital collectibles. They are not investment products and are not intended to generate profits, dividends, or appreciation in value.

6.2. Nothing herein shall be interpreted as a promise, guarantee, or warranty of:

  1. Future distributions or rewards;

  2. Casino licensing or launch;

  3. Specific NFT utility, value, or resale market;

  4. Financial return or asset appreciation.

6.3. Users acknowledge that “The Journey” is part of a broader startup initiative that may fail to meet its objectives or timelines. Participation is voluntary, and Users assume all associated risks.

7) GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS AND COMPLIANCE

7.1. Due to evolving regulations around gaming, sweepstakes, and crypto assets, access to portions of the project (including the Monthly Credit Program and any future casino offerings) may be restricted in certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States.

7.2. Fortune Master reserves the right to geo-block, exclude, or restrict any User at its discretion to maintain regulatory compliance.

8) MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

8.1. We may update or revise these Terms at any time. It is the responsibility of participants to review these Terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

8.2. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Collection or any associated reward programs, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

9) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fortune Master and its affiliates, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  1. Participation in the Collection;

  2. Lost eligibility or unfulfilled rewards;

  3. Regulatory bans, technical issues, or platform downtime.

9.2. Users are solely responsible for any local tax, legal, or regulatory obligations arising from receipt of any reward.
